Geoff Pearman, Director and Principal Consultant, established Partners in Change® in 2009.

Geoff is an experienced manager, facilitator and consultant who is recognised for his strategic and future thinking skills, his ability to initiate and implement complex organisational change and to develop innovative approaches to program and service delivery. He has worked for the New Zealand government, the university sector in New Zealand and Australia and in the human services.

Geoff is an experienced workshop facilitator and conference speaker.  Geoff has qualifications in sociology (organisational change), social work and adult education, MA(Hons) BA, Dip SW, Cert Cont Ed.
